Howdy, I’m Jenny Ray. Originally from Florence, Alabama, I began my career in Nashville, Tennessee after earning a degree from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. Following a decade as a songwriter in the music industry, I transitioned my passion for composition and emotion into spatial design, completing my B.F.A. in Interior Design at Belmont University in Nashville, with additional study at Regent’s University in London.

Now based in Austin, TX, I bring a layered, expressive approach to every project. Alongside my design work, I create abstract paintings and commissioned pieces, exploring color, texture, and movement as extensions of storytelling. I also provide freelance drafting and design support for other designers, blending artistry with precision. I have a deep appreciation for, and a drive to, create art and interiors with character, authenticity, and soul.
